This podcast is a conversation I had with Jolene Sheehan, Director of Joy Ethic - A social enterprise with wellbeing for all as its aim.
We touch on various aspects of Gestalt psychotherapy, including some of the theoretical underpinnings and examples of many creative ways it can be applied. As Jolene had already experienced various other forms of counselling and therapy, I invited her to attend 3 sessions that were designed to demonstrate Gestalt as a whole embodied experience, rather than just talking heads. She was then able to provide her own unique perspective on some of the differences in my approach, including a significant 'shift', as she called it.
Anyway, hopefully it provides a helpful overview and brings to life how this approach may also be what you're looking for.
